now please do me a favour. open the map (maps.google.com). type in the name of the city (Nikopol'). Note the location.
then type "zaporozhiya nuclear power plant"

there's about 10-15 km's between nikipol' and the npp. nikopol official is obviously located on ukraine-controlled territories. what else would you expect him to say? that the uaf deliberately attacked npp with a kamikaze drone for example? lol.
