    The title was from the OP, and I try not to change them unless they're offensive etc.
    As explained, my understanding is that he was making a point (as the same account often does) about the tendency of Russia to avoid harsher reprisals against such attacks. In a way, he was mocking Russia by making this point.

    Interesting question... maybe Russia think they will be able to fight Ukraine out?
    It is good to hear you open to such ideas.
    They might even think they can do it without having to rely on 2.5 years of military and financial support from numerous countries (most of which just happen to be Ukraine's enemy).
