if you think there is some problem about supply of logistics then you have no idea about military strategy .

there are many advantages of this incursion - the reasons for doing it
there are certainbly risks too .......but so far they have gained much ground quickly and weakened russia defence in the area for small casualties of their own and only a modest number of troops deployed .....AND QUICKLY !!
They ambushed russ reonforcements and now have control of russ defensive positions as their own .
they have stopped the raiding into Ukraine from Kursk and have drawn russian troops to the area from other places as well being a booost to Ukrainian morale
they have the potential to hold ground and use it as a bargaining chip
they have trophied some vehicles and destroyed others and I would guess considering the speed of advance likely artillery too though haven't heard
