But of course when circumstances change , so does
democratic choices and as of yet the Ukrainian people have not
had a democratic opportunity to vote on the Ukraine's circumstances
which have dramatically changed since the 2019 Election..

Democratic decisions in the past are not set in concrete
and can every 3-4 years be reversed ....otherwise it wouldn't be democracy...eh?.

PS: Its interesting that Kiev is floating the notion of a National Referendum
on War Negotiations but at the same time say that an election can't be held because of the war.
As a self-professed smart dude; I'm sure that you can see the irony there...eh mate?
