You would be an awful criminal defence lawyer Andy. How do you know that there is no evidence of a drone strike if you are not allowed to inspect the site? Satellite can tell you so much.
“You can’t rule out” is not convincing and it isn’t a proof of anything beyond reasonable doubt, and that is the stipulation of determining the guilt as set by your legal system.
