Yanukovych abandoned the presidency and created a constitutional issue in doing so as there was nothing in the constitution to handle a president who abandons the presidency and flees the country.

There was no overthrow because he had already abandoned the presidency. It's an unescapable fact you simply cannot get past Lucky no matter the muddying of the timeline you try.

Lol! You will get it one day Andy. Why would Rada vote on removing the president from power if he had abandoned’ the post, especially if the Constitution did not have the clause to deal with the abandonment of presidency?

As they voted to remove the president from post, they forgot that they had to have at least 3/4 of Rada present. They were 100 faces short. That is unconstitutional Andy as per their Constitution. Simples. Peace.
