brag that he masterminded the Nord Stream sabotage
and at the same time hold out the cap for another few Billions
and 50 more Leopards.

Z may have made bad decisions in the past but he's not that stupid,
given that the demolition of Nord Stream has demolished German manufacturing
and driven the country to the brink of Recession and gazumpted the German decision making process!
