attitudes wiuld be hardened against russia were they to do this .....extreme actions taken and that is why putin hasn't gone down this path already

using nukes is a game changer and also ratchets up the world risk .....it is possible .....but more an act of desperation and IMO unlikely
and if putin were to do it he'd want trump in power in the US
