    ....becaus e it clearly hasn't happened .....if there was aq complete collapse a mere portion opf the oblast would already be in rusisan hands

    russia has been making slow advances for months there ...still plenty of defensive lines to cross before Donetsk is in russ hands ....if it ever is
    usuall pro russ complete overstatemnt
