Stealing of a sovereign funds, destroys the foundation of capitalism, which the Ukranian backers are built on. No G7, EU, NATO country is at war with Russia, so the threat of stealing Russian, sovereign assets just highlight the dire, financial situations of those countries. It also completely ridicules the international monetary system and the 'sacredness' of banking.
