The only thing the Balkans in the 90's and Russia's war on Ukraine today have in common is a belligerent fascist neighbour, then Serbia, now Russia, invading a free and independent neighbouring country to impose their brand of fascism on millions of unwilling people and perpetrating savage, barbaric and depraved crimes against humanity in the process.
