They are the same person (99% sure). I was unsure too but always noticed the massive similarity.
Just looked back at this time period (I know, I obsess about non-important things..) and you can see where Crom and AndyL are posting at almost/the same time. 2 mins out during many 'changeovers'/returns.
Then there are periods Crom is tweeting every 5 mins. Then AndyL would return around 1-2 mins after and have a go for a while with similar frequency.
With that in mind, have a look at this: "I applaude your effort Crom" lol
