The 130k documented Russian war crimes of which 12k are civilian murders, the 2k deliberate Russian strikes on hospitals and medical centres, the 5 wanted war criminals of which 3 are wanted war criminals because of their attacks on civilian infrastructure are all irrelevant because Okceg says "Putin doesn't target civilians" and remembers one strike where a Ukrainian missile miss fired while trying to defend against another Russian war crime.
