I guess it's a tap out, but only because you refuse to answer these very simple, logical questions.

1. Isn't it strange though, that one of the worst attacks on civilians in almost half a year (at the time) was actually perpetrated by Ukraine, not Russia?
2. And only one hit was needed - is that AFU efficiency?
3. Similarly strange that it was a widely reported 'terrorist act'... until they realised it couldn't be blamed on Russia?
