The screenshot comes from one of many documents published on the CIA website. The link to that document was published in that same CIA: Nazifying Ukraine thread. I recommend spending time and doing some research instead of spending your days denying something that not even the CIA denies anymore
That same document contains plenty of information that corroborates many of the facts mentioned in the article that you are so desperately trying to smear.

CIA has been meddling in Soviet Ukraine since the end of World War 2.
There's evidence of CIA meddling in Ukraine after the USSR was dissolved (via organisations such as the NED).
There's undeniable evidence that CIA established bases in Ukraine in 2015.
