Sorry Cosmo, your cluelessness on Serbia's invasion of Croatia and Bosnia not being a civil war is very much on show.
The US civil war was a war between guess who, all Americans, civil war. Way to go to be completely unrelated to my point.
Serbia's invasion of Croatia and Bosnia was a war between Croatians and Serbians, where Croatia humiliated Serbia in a very short period of time, not a civil war, and between Bosnians and Serbians, again, not a civil war.
Croatia (among others) declaring independence is not a declaration of war. That came when Serbian forces invaded in their pathetic attempt to prevent independence. How did it work out for them?
Tough one for you Cosmo, I know you like to blame the victims of unjust and unprovoked invasions.
As for Ukraine, Russia invading Ukraine is also not a civil war.
If there is no invasion, there is no war.
You seem to be struggling quite a bit with some very simple circumstances.
Now to my question, where does it say in the constitution that Serbian forces can perpetrate genocide? Lucky refuses to answer it.
