Exactly, Czechs and Slovaks split peacefully, neither were a fascist regime intent on dominating the other. No war. Shocker!

But as for arguing, I see it's more about. highlighting to others who read the thread just how detached from reality they are, highlighting their claims with what is actually happening, or their fictional world views with what is really going on in the world.

That knowledge of their detachment from the facts carries over into other things they post and people will understand how little they know and that often times they're just inventing their own realities.
