Poland experienced the military commitment by the British and the French in defending them against the Germans in 1939 as per the pact between 3 countries.
The allies support to Poland was in the form of Stizkrieg or ‘sitting war.’ Poland’s benefit from that support was a complete destruction by the Germans and not a single shot fired by the French and the British to defend them. Cheers.
