Yes Ukraine was no different to Russia in attitude and corruption most the time since 1991. Ukraine was mostly controlled by the corrupter of all Putin and Russian puppets. Ukraine however was heading for Euro style democracy when Putin puppet sabotaged and when Ukraine got rid him and proceeded, Putin invaded Crimea then Ukraine.
