Sadly Ukraine needs permission from NATO to launch long range missile strikes against Russia.
However NATO's leadership are too gutless to give the OK as they are afraid of escalating the conflict with Russia.
This conflict would not have started if NATO had strongly warned war on Russia if they invaded Ukraine.
Dictators like Putin only respect strong military power.
