I do hold Ukraine to a higher standard than Russia, and they are behaving as such, given the asymmetry in devastation caused by each entity currently. Ukraine is defending itself, and choosing targets carefully, they do send an occasional signal to Moscow, which should be very carefully controlled.
Russia is erasing Ukraine towns and cities on UKRAINE land. dont you find that welll below Ukraine behaviour.

The tactics in taking out Ukraine electricity grid is clearly aimed at causing terror. and putting civilian lives at risk given so many services rely on power, hospitals, schools, water, elderly heating and cooling etc... a crime against civilisation, 2.5 years of crimes, without eve mentioning the more horrific war crimes.
UKraine isnt a perfect, even if they were Putin still would have invaded for their land. Ideology is scarey, Hitler had one, Putin has one.
