Can you show me where in the constitution it says that Serbian forces can perpetrate the most depraved crimes against humanity since WW2 including the cold blooded mass murder of over 8000 unarmed Bosnian men and boys? What article number would that be?
I"d also like to know where in Ukraine's constitution is it permitted for Putn to deliberately murder children by deliberately attacking a children's hospital? A rather depraved crime, I'd like to know how you'd justify that according to the constitution.
Since you seem to say you can only do things according to the constitution, so these crimes according to you must not be in breach of the constitution, I'm really curious where it says Serbia and Putin are permitted to perpetrate crimes against humanity.
