You are constantly whinging about only doing things according to the constitution, so I'd like to know where these depraved crimes against humanity are outlined in the constitution. I mean Serbia swapping the gorgeous Adriatic coastline and Kosovo for the constitution by perpetrating depraved crimes against humanity must have been a big enough deal.
