Putin and his forces are responsible for 130k documented war crimes, of which over 12k are civilian murders. Putin and his forces have deliberately attacked almost 2000 hospitals and medical centres in Ukraine. 5 of Putin's regime are wanted war criminals, 3 of which are wanted for deliberate attacks on civilian infrastructure.
All you can think of is "I stand by my opinion that Russia has generally tried to avoid civilian casualties." and none of it matters to you anyway because of the one time Ukraine defending itself against other war crimes had an AD missile misfire and crash into a market killing 17, so that's why no Putin war crimes have ever nor ever will count.
