an utter disgrace by the USSR and shows the disdain by russia for non russians
also illustrates that Ukraine were not being considered AS russians as was one of putin putrid excuses for trying to take over Ukraine....that the Ukrainians were really just russian ....such an obvious lie when they ahve their own separate language , ethnicity and culture
