russia is accusing Ukraine of striking civillians in Belgorod with cluster munitions
I don't believe Ukraine have the slightest motive to do something they have never done before .....also I'm hearing it's MLRS and Ukraine has nothing in range so makes no sense that way either even assuming a UAF stuff up
the Enforcer are saying it's coming from russia .....false flag or just an error ???
