1. that was artillery beause it was right near the border ...unlike Belgorod ....and presumably military target
was it cluster there .....I never saw that ?
but they do use cluster on russ troop congregations

2.still have'nt explained how Belgorod could be in range without getting well inside (about 8-10km) Belgord

I'm open to the idea UAF could've stuffed up ....but don't see the evidence of that so far ....other possibilities exist
