Reportedly, Russian Army Artillery brigades now have an Iskander detachment. This information is according to some military correspondents, and is probable given the numerous Iskander strikes that are seen now. Iskander detachments used to be found in Tactical Missile Brigades where targets had to be approved by a higher command, now however, it would seem they can be used at a tactical level.
