The Russian missile strike on the Military Institute of Communications in In Poltava, it had a demoralizing effect on the whole of Ukraine.

The American newspaper New York Times writes about this, noting that the negative perception of this event by Ukrainians is increasing due to failures at the front.

"The blow inflicted on the Institute of Communications in Poltava has become demoralizing for Ukraine. It was inflicted at the moment when the Ukrainian Armed Forces are retreating on the main sector of the front in the Donbas," the article says.

According to the authors of the publication, the defeat of the institute was one of the most powerful strikes of the Russian military. This strike once again showed the superior firepower of the Russian army.

Recall that on September 3, the Russian military launched a missile attack on the military school of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Poltava, which trained specialists in the radar system of artillery guidance (radar) and electronic warfare (EW) for the Ukrainian army.
