Another detached from the truth and reality post missing any sort of corroborating evidence while at the same time you demand others to provide.

I'll happily demolish your parroted Kremlin lies and propaganda.

    Here we go.

    1. Violationof the United Nations Charter

    • The United Nations (UN) Charter prohibits the use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state. Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 is widely seen as a violation of Article 2(4) of the UN Charter, which prohibits acts of aggression against another sovereign state.

    "Widely seen by whom?"

The UN overwhelmingly adopted a resolution condemning Russia's invasion of Ukraine as an act of aggression with 141 votes in favour and only 5 votes against. Indonesia voted yes to say Putin's invasion was an act of aggression. You really know your stuff.

UN resolution 141 to 5 confirming Russian aggression:

    2. Lackof Legitimate Self-Defense or UN Authorization

    • Under international law, the use of force is only justified in cases of self-defense or when authorized by the UN Security Council. Russia's actions do not meet the criteria for self-defense, as there was no armed attack by Ukraine on Russia. Furthermore, the invasion was not authorized by the UN Security Council.

"First,Ukraine was conducting an armed attack on Russian people in Donbas etc "

That is a complete fabrication and has no basis in truth or reality. It is nothing more than Kremlin lies and propaganda. Ukraine was fighting a Russian invasion in 2014. Your whole argument is based on nothing more than a Kremlin fairy tale.

Nato's intervention against Serbia was against very real and very depraved crimes against humanity. The only thing common between these two wars is Serbia then, Like Russia now, invading a neighbouring country perpetrating crimes against humanity.

    3. Violationof Ukraine's Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity

    • The invasion undermines the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity enshrined in international law. The annexation of Crimea in 2014 and the subsequent invasion and occupation of parts of Ukraine are seen as breaches of Ukraine's recognized borders and sovereignty.

"This is silly! Again,"are seen" by whom?"

The UN recognises Ukraine's territory as those of 1991. Also recognised by Russia. Russia had 2 agreements with Ukraine to protect and abide by each other's territorial integrity, the Budapest Memorandum signed in 1994 and the Friendship Treaty signed in 1997. In both of these treaties Russia recognised Ukraine's territory.

Putin was not acting in self defence.

    Budapest Memorandum:

    Friendship Treaty:

    4. Breachof the Budapest Memorandum (1994)

    • Under the Budapest Memorandum, Russia, the United States, and the United Kingdom committed to respecting Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity in exchange for Ukraine giving up its nuclear arsenal. Russia's invasion is seen as a breach of this agreement.

"Oh,as if that nuclear arsenal belonged to Ukraine. It just happened to be there but it was built and paid for primarily by Russia. It belonged to Russia and the guarantee's re "sovereignty and territorial integrity" were obviously subject to Ukraine not threatening and using force against Russia.Did you cut and paste this crap. I bet you did."

Ukraine had possession of the weapons. That is what mattered. Ukraine gave up their nuclear weapons, making the world a safer place, in exchange for security guarantees. Russia violated their agreement.

Ukraine never threatened Russia. Fabrications and lies to that effect are reflective of the losing argument you are making.

    5. WarCrimes and Violations of International Humanitarian Law

    • Reports of attacks on civilian infrastructure, use of prohibited weapons, and other alleged war crimes during the conflict violate international humanitarian law, which governs the conduct of war and protects civilians.

" Whenever there's a war the combatants and their supporters are always making claims of this kind against each other."

In this case your sweeping generalisation is completely and utterly wrong.

There is mountains of evidence of Russian war crimes. 5 of Putinös regime, including Putin himself, are wanted war criminals. No one from Ukraine is a wanted war criminal.

The crimes against humanity in this war are all one way, they're all perpetrated by Putin's forces.

    Russian war crimes evidence:

    6. Condemnationby the International Community

    • The majority of the international community, including the UN General Assembly, has condemned Russia's actions as an act of aggression and a violation of international law. Several resolutions have called for the immediate withdrawal of Russian forces from Ukraine.

"Again America and its vassals are not the majority of the international community and frankly the UN General Assembly and Security Council is no moral or legal authority of anything in my opinion."

Your "opinion" doesn't change the fact that 141 countries agreed that Russia's war on Ukraine was an act of aggression. That is clear and overwhelming international condemnation by any standard.

Putin has deliberately murdered countless Ukrainians and announced annexation of Ukrainian territory, a large chunk of which he doesn't even control.

That shows Putin is murdering Ukrainians for their land and your baseless Kremlin lies and propaganda slogans and debunked claims are not going to change the truth.
