I read this cope list of Putin's whinging and all I see is:

waaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!! Ukraine won't surrender... waaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!

Why doesn't Putin just win Okceg? Putin has said which areas of Ukraine he want's, why doesn't he just take them if he's so capable in your alternate reality?
