That's what former US military intelligence officer Sweet thinks. According to him, he is bringing with him a plan that they can approve.

But we all know that Zelensky's capability of coming up with any sort of plans is questionable.
Most likely, Zelensky's trip is about receiving another set of instructions, concerning the next escalation that that AFU must undertake.
