20% inflation .....weak rouble ....harsh sanctions ....loss of trade .....trading problems with China .....you somehow try to pretend these factors don't hugely impact russias ability to wage war effectively ???
other times you've gone on about the US ....which actually is off topic ....russia is a combatant !
