The UN as an institution, in its current format has no relevance on what has been going in the world since the beginning of the millennium. Hence, the UN Charter has lost its meaning.

Not parroting anything Max, just pointing out at the realities on the ground, and that only powerful nations hide behind the UN charter to justify their actions, for their own interests.
