The greatest evil in Europe since Hitler was dropping over 10000 tons of depleted uranium on a sovereign country 6 times smaller than Ukraine, while flying 40000 sorties and dropping 25000 bombs and long range missiles.

To finish it off, the said country had a piece of its territory stolen from them. Yep. Very evil.
