If I were a European leader I'd build a statue to him ,( life size , hence cheap) ......a plaque on one side for his crimes ....and another on the reverse showing his accomplishments

many examples in history of very bad things triggereing rather good things ....one step back ....two forward

*(for instance ...the black death in Britain was the trigger for the end of feudalism in the country
...and Edward 1 in Britains attempt to gain himself more power against the barons ....took the first steps towards what became parliaments lower house)
