In Okcegs alternate reality, the hundreds of thousands of documented Russian war crimes, the thousands of deliberate attacks on hospitals and medical centres and the fact 5 from Putin's regime are wanted war criminals (3 of which for attacks on civilian infrastructure) are actually only evidence that Russia is the real victim in all of this and it's a victim of just propaganda from the West that they highlight all of these deliberate Russian war crimes.
