It's the weekend 1 week into September.

Will Ukraine try to grow the salient into Russia and advance further? Doesn't look good but they are doing what they can to help current US administration Obama/Harris (do we need to still pretend Biden is in charge?).

Will Russia continue the grinding offensive in the east? Looks likely right up to the US election which kind of coincides with the rain and mud as winter approaches. I expect some desperate counterattacks from Ukraine to help out the US election and support the narrative of US leadership competence.
