Ukraine used to be second most corrupt country in Europe after russia which is easily most corrupt ....but Ukraine independantly assessed as improving ....more to go yet if they aimn to join EU ...wondering why you are so concerned with the lesser corruption in Ukraine and not the greater in russia ?????
