Dont kid yourself/.............propaganda is still propaganda whether
it is peddled by either Russia or the USA or their proxies.

The pointy end of both sides military arsenal is NUKES and
both sides have their fair share with the means of hypersonically
delivering them.....hence Cold War 2:


Hypersonic ICBMs are the ultimate and both Russia and China
have matched/outdone the USA in that respect:

For that reason, the USA is reluctant to put "Boots on the Ground"
in this war especially now that it has extended to mainland Russia
because it would run the risk of Russia counter-attacking mainland USA.

That said, IMO, Russia will likely use tactical Nukes on the UAF if
it threatens Russian National Security buy taking significant chunks of Russia
and/or knocking out critical Russian defensive infrastructure. Again, IMO,
that's why Russia has siloed Tactical Nukes in Belarus
