So... I just don't know what to make of this. Ukraine hasn't stopped fighting yet? Is the win?In the context of being attacked by a much greater power with more resources I feel that will be some sort of win for Ukraine .....though there has been big damage and loss for Ukraine and possibly more to come from any agreement They'd have "won" more if they'd stopped fighting in Feb 2022.
