yes certainly .....it IS UKRAINEs CALL ....I've always said that and will certainly respect whatever decision they make
ceasefire I do believe most likely outcome .....but putin not interested .....still making demands on Ukraine ....not prepared to negotiate , he wants surrender politically he needs it .....without putin a solution to this war is much more possible and likely because his political future depends on success here - one way or another
