IMO you are naive . Just read the US, Russian and Chinese protocols with respect to their respective use of Nukes.
By Ukraine invading Russian territory automatically justifies the use of Nukes by Russia to protect its sovereignty and that is why NATO/US is playing Nuke Chicken with Russia by backing the Ukraine to invade Russia regardless of motive.
Just imagine if Mexico with the backing of China and Russia invaded a chunk of Texas, do you really think that the US would have much compunction of using tactical Nukes?
And so it is with Russia should the UAF backed by the USA & NATO seriously threaten the Sovereignty of Russia .
Just my opinion from a non partisan point of view ...its simply using logic ....not propaganda , IMO.
