No agreement was actually reached, only talks were held with some tentative points and many many worlds apart super crucial points still nowhere near even discussed.
Talks ended because the surrender demands, sorry "negotiation conditions" were rubbish, Russian kept making new demands, Ukraine humiliated Russian forces around Kyiv and then discovered depraved Russian war crimes in areas liberated from Russian occupation.
Now the narrative is changing to it was Nuland and the US who stopped the talks after telling us for years, for YEARS, it was because of Boris. Again I'll say it, the truth doesn't change, so neither should the narrative.
