according to tangs there was no invasion. checnya self proclaimed independence. even though that nobody of any importance recognized it (apart from some terrorist groups). so when russia went into chechnya at the end of 90's, they invaded an independent country.
dpr and lpr self proclaimed independence in may 2014.
what you call "an invasion" started in february 2022. according to tangs dpr and lpr should have been considered as independent from ukraine, so they were free to make their own decisions. which is what they did when they signed a co operation agreement with russia, that allowed the russian army to move its troops into lpr and dpr.
so there was no invasion pal. if you got something against this logic, message your "buddy" tangs.
