Nuland discusses how she and the British managed to derail "Istanbul-1."

She struggles to understand why she would need a "castrated" Ukraine. By "castration," she refers to the limitations on military capabilities that Ukraine would have accepted under "Istanbul-1."

Under this agreement, Ukraine would have received Western guarantees for its entire territory, except for Crimea and the LPR and DPR regions, while Russia would fully withdraw its troops to the borders as of February 23, 2022. In this scenario, with NATO guarantees, having a large army would have made little sense.

Ukraine would have transformed into a "peaceful" nation with assurances from both NATO and Russia, but without a significant military presence.

However, this would mean that Ukraine wouldn't pose a threat to Russia. This is what Victoria refers to as "castration."

Globalists need Ukraine not as a thriving, developed country, but solely as a tool against Russia.

Naturally, they sent one of the closest politicians to Zelensky, Boris Johnson, to dissuade him from pursuing "Istanbul-1."

Nuland's cookies from the Maidan came at a steep price.
