While the USA maintains its Monroe Doctrine
re the Americas (North/South/Carribean) as
a stronger version of what is generally accepted
as a "Sphere of Influence", then, IMO, its no wonder
that Russia and China too have their "Spheres of Influence ".
If its good for the Goose, then its good for the Gander!
