What you have to do when Putin speaks, is remember, everything he says is a lie. He lies, then lies again , then lies again.
This is clearly an attack on Harris by Putin, Putin isnt dumb, sociopaths aren't dumb, and ex-KGB, his thinking is all about how to damage USA. The best way to damage USA is for Harris not to become president. His obvious tactic is to lie about his endorsement, by endorsing the candidate he DOESNT want in power, his endorsement playing into the Trumpian ''supporters weird beliefs, fire them up further. It is so obvious what Putin is doing it is funny that you take it seriously?
This is Putin's idea, allow people like yourself to quote him, and attempt alter USA towards his preferred outcome, Trump in power. That is looking less and less likely now after debate.
More importantly as endorsements go ... because Putin doesn't really have any power outside of Russian...
