I listened to the first few sentences, and it was crap cubed. This is in the sense that they do not want anyone to supply weapons to Russia. That does not answer the question - we are supplying weapons to Ukr - so what is the difference?
In ANY war, countries supply weapons to the two sides.
I guess there is no answer to the question I asked.
