the claim made here is that troops (reserves) from Prokovsk have been redirected to Kursk ....russ sources specify 15th Motorised rifle brigade and the 1st Loviansk Brigade
4mn 15 .....ammo depot gone up and 4 mn 50 ....oil depots too
not just a tactical sucess in Kursk ..but because of the slowdown in the east due to drawing in the russ reserves (from a number of location incl Chasiv Yar)....a strategic success also
